Raffle: we have many raffle items available from 8:30-12:30. Items have been donated from Two Ten Oyster Bar, Old Mountain Lanes, Rock Spot indoor climbing, Ivory Ella, Pfizer and many more. Tickets are $1 each or 6 tickets for $5, cash or personal check.
Scholarship donations: near the park entrance, CYSA will have our annual boot drive making our collection for the CYSA Scholarship Fund. All donations from the boot collection go to support the CYSA Scholarship Fund.
Family Day picnic: Food served from 11-1, please bring a dish or dessert to share with the club. We will have hot dogs and hamburgers grilled by our many wonderful volunteers! Enjoy some family time as we also have bouncy houses available for the kids and kids at heart.
Help with purchasing backpacks for Foster Kids in Rhode Island: Michaela Pont (U-14 player) is organizing a youth fundraiser to purchase backpacks for foster children in need of backpacks. The Pont family is setting up a balloon slingshot game, .50/balloon or 3 for $1.00. All proceeds go directly to purchase these backpacks.
On Saturday November 4th from 1:00-5:00PM, CYSA is proud to partner with Wishes Come True Foundation for the fifth annual 3v3 charity soccer Jamboree. Wishes Come True Foundation, which is a Warwick Rhode Island based organization, has been granting wishes to children with life threatening illnesses. CYSA is proud to partner with this family organization. Youth teams of up to 6 players and adult teams with up to 8 players will help raise money to help grant that wish. A portion of the money raised will also help support the CYSA Scholarship Fund.
CYSA youth registered players use the Chariho Participant form, Non-CYSA registered youth and adults print out the Chariho Parent and Guest form. All forms must be submitted by October 28th for scheduling.

A candlelight vigil will be held Monday evening, September 25, 2017, at the Chariho High School soccer fields to remember Maddie Potts, the Chariho senior who collapsed during a game Saturday night and later died.
Leray Rinne, president of the Chariho Youth Soccer Association, announced the vigil, which will start at 7 p.m. Organizers are asking participants to be there by 6:30 p.m. and to bring a candle.
